• A minimum of 2 Nameplates are required
• Nameplate will be worn on the outer uniform garment (Jacket or Shirt) and include your first initial, middle initial, and last name engraved on a satin/silver finish

Running Shoes and White Socks

• Running shoes are required to be worn during PT and for lifetime fitness
