Phoenix Fire Department members have access to two separate online ordering sites through our Ace Advantage Program:

General Uniform & Apparel Site

For stationwear and general apparel, visit:

Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I only able to login to one of the two Phoenix Fire Uniform Sites?

There are two separate uniform sites, and each Member has a unique username and password for each site. Please ensure that you are accessing the correct link (https://phxfireuniforms.quniform.com/ for uniforms and https://phxfireboots.quniform.com/ for footwear). Also, please ensure that you are using your email address as a username to login to the uniform site, and your employee ID number as a username to login to the boot voucher site.

How do I know what name will appear on my shirt?

We use the name in your profile. You have 3 options to choose from:

  1. Full Name
  2. First Initial, Full Last Name
  3. Full First Name, Last Initial

I am only able to select from three naming options, but my name does not appear how I would like it to.  How can I change my name so that it is printed correctly on my apparel?

The site follows a strict naming protocol provided to us by the department. Additionally, your name will print exactly as shown in your profile. If this name is incorrect, or you would like your name to appear differently on your garments, please reach out to the administration staff at the department. We only change names as approved by the department, so please ensure that your name appears on your profile exactly as you would like it printed on your shirts. If it does not, please delay ordering until the name change is processed by the department and our staff so that it appears correctly in your profile.

How do I request a return on my items?

A link to our return policy can be found here: https://aceuniforms.com/returns. To request a return, please call us at 619-233-0227 or email help@aceuniforms.com. Generally, embellished items cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error.

How do I check my order status?

At Ace, we are dedicated to communicating accurate order statuses to our customers. You should receive emails from us as your order makes its way through our fulfillment process. You will receive a notification once the order is submitted, once the order is entered into our ERP system, if any items in your order are backordered or delayed, and once your order is shipped out or ready for pickup (either in full or partially). If you are not receiving our emails, please call us at (619) 233-0227 or email help@aceuniforms.com and we would be happy to give you an update on your order.

How do I reset my password to either site?

At the login page, you can click on the "I am Having Troubline Logging In" Link under the login information. From their, you can enter your username and click "Submit" and qUniform will send you an email to reset your password. If you do not have your username or require further assistance, please reach out to us by emailing help@aceuniforms.com.

Can I buy items on the site out of pocket?

Yes, once you use your full allotment on either site, you can buy items with your personal credit card.

What happens if I dont have enough allotment left to cover an order?

You can still place the order. Our system will use all of your remaining allotment first, then it requires you to pay the remainder out of pocket.
