You may return your eligible merchandise to Ace Uniforms for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If no proof of purchase is provided, if approved by management, current value will be given as store credit.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
What items are eligible for returns or exchanges?
Eligible merchandise is unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging along with all packaging attachments and enclosures, including all applicable tags, instructions, etc.
We accept exchanges for patches that are damaged or defective only.
All closeout items are final sale and not eligible for return. Non-closeout Items that are also considered final sale: handcuffs, mace, first aid kits, batons, body armor, underwear, face coverings, socks, mouth guards, whistles, disposable gloves, patches, stethoscopes, flashlights, and earpieces.
Any special order, embellished, altered, printed, or engraved goods cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error and within 90 days of receipt.
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
Many products sold by Ace Uniforms offer extended manufacturer’s warranties. For returns related to matters covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please visit the manufacturing brand’s website and/or call their customer service line directly.
Returns for Online Purchases:
Returns for online orders may be completed by calling our Customer Service team at 619-233-0227 or emailing help@aceuniforms.com. Please have your order number on hand, the reason for requesting the return, and our team will be able to assist you through the process.
Purchases made online at www.aceuniforms.com may also be returned to any Ace Uniforms retail location so long as you provide proof of purchase.
