The California Highway Patrol (CHP) External Vest Carrier is purpose-built to maintain a professional uniform appearance while improving officer comfort and operational functionality during extended duty wear. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the CHP uniform shirt, this carrier provides a structured, command-ready look while allowing essential equipment to be carried externally.
